Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $29, and free shipping worldwide for orders over $29. International shipments are sent via DHL and FedEx. 

International Orders:

International orders ship via one of two methods at checkout: 

Duties may be due upon delivery – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

Receive in duties paid: DDP – Import duties & taxes are paid upon checkout. 

Address Changes:

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't change/adjust an order after it's placed due to this reason. 

Defects/Flaws:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please shoot us a note at saunchorohosea@gmail.com so that our team can help.

What if I refuse my order?

Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee.

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled byartigirl.com. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Oliver Cabell, Inc. delivers these items to the carrier.
